I am on of the fourth draft of a play – one of the lesser known circles of hell – but I just finished the first act!

The good thing is that I feel like I really KNOW these characters now, inside and out, to the point that the dialogue FLOWS in a way that feels far too easy.

The bad thing is that I am on my third restructure of the story, and while it feels better, easier, closer to what I originally wanted, I’m also in danger of losing track.

There are writers out there for whom play structure is easy. I hate those people.
